Marinos

I think I found my new favorite restaurant today! It's called Marinos and it's an Italian restaurant. I had read good reviews about it so I definitely wanted to check it out. The menu is divided into "sets", since it was just the 2 of us, we looked at the sets for 2 people. When ordering a set, everyone shares the same food. The set that we got included soup, cheese fondue, choice of pizza or pasta, 3 desserts from the dessert bar and free drink refills. The drink refills alone is amazing, a lot of places here don't give you free refills like they do in the states. 

The soup came out first. We think it was some type of vegetable soup, it was pretty good. Then came the good stuff, the cheese fondue and bread to dip in it. It was amazing! 

 Next our pizza came out. We got the pizza called "Bologna pizza" but it's not what it sounds. It didn't have any bologna on it! It had 3 different meats on it; sausage, ham, and pepperoni. It was good! 

After stuffing our faces with the delicious cheese and pizza, we decided to check out the dessert bar. We got to pick 3 different desserts. My favorite was the berry ice cream, it was so good! 

It cost us a little under $40 to eat here (we paid in Yen), so it was kind of expensive for just the two of us. It was definitely worth it though with how good the food was and how much food you got! I think also why this may be one of my favorites is because it was more Americanized than a lot of the restaurants that we've been to. Not only the food but the restaurant atmosphere as well.
